Collection: Landrace Milling Flours

Spring 2023 saw us fulfill a long-held ambition: to mill 100% of our flours in-house on our own custom-built, New American Stone Mill - one of only a handful to have reached the UK from Vermont, USA. Housed at Westcombe Dairy, our mill is central to our ambition of baking with identity preserved, fresh flours from grains sourced directly from a progressive community of farmers in the South West.

Now, for the first time, we make these unique flours available to the home baker.
